Application Scientist Describes Natural Colouring Challenges


LOUISVILLE, KY, USA– (May 15, 2012) – D.D. Williamson’s latest in its continuing Expert Answers series features Barry Foley, Applications Scientist, who served as 2010-11 President of the European Technical Caramel Association. In a video interview, Foley cites natural colour stability matching of synthetic hues as two big challenges for companies in Europe.

“On the stability and matching of hue,” Foley explains, “D.D. Williamson can work with our customers to try and get as close a match as possible, with the longest shelf life.”
