Application Scientist Describes Natural Colouring Challenges
LOUISVILLE, KY, USA– (May 15, 2012) – D.D. Williamson’s latest in its continuing Expert Answers series features Barry Foley, Applications Scientist, who served as 2010-11 President of the European Technical Caramel Association. In a video interview, Foley cites natural colour stability matching of synthetic hues as two big challenges for companies in Europe.
