DDW’s application scientists work with the natural colouring‘s affinity towards protein rather than the natural colouring’s affinity towards water. This innovation is helpful to pasta manufacturers because one challenge manufacturers face is keeping the natural colouring from leaching into the customer’s (consumer’s) water system.

DDW is proud to offer custom water or oil dispersion technology to deliver natural colour to the pasta – not the cooking water. This technology leads to a rainbow of “pastabilities.”
