In recent years, our Science and Innovation team has created innovations including an Acid Proof Class One Certified Organic Caramel Color; a caramelised vegetable made from onion (which can also be labeled as a natural flavor); a caramelised fruit made from apple (which can also be labeled as a natural flavor); and a caramelised sugar, a natural flavor with incidental color.

DDW’s new, improved oil-dispersible caramel colour was developed using proprietary emulsion technology. Our oil-dispersible caramel colour demonstrates improved solubility in food and beverage systems.
