Colour in the Kitchen: Cooking with Caramel and Natural Colours

This is the company’s first consumer-focused series of short, instructional videos educating on how to use caramel colour and natural colours to create delicious food and beverage products in the comfort of your own home.

In celebration of the upcoming Easter weekend, DDW’s very first Colour in the Kitchen video is a special edition showing viewers how to colour Easter eggs using a variety of natural colours.

As an alternative to synthetic colours, Jennifer Brown, Global Application Scientist at DDW, illustrates how to easily colour hard boiled eggs using natural ingredients that are widely available at most grocery stores.
