Caramel Colour can be used to create a pale brown or beige hues to dark, almost black hues.
Examples of dark brown hues that can be made with caramel colour include: Pecan, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Chocolate, Ale, Bourbon, Espresso, and Cola.
Caramel Colour can also be used to create a pale brown, beige, or tan hues, such as oats, wheat, eggnog, butter rum, and Irish cream. To achieve these hues, Class I Caramel Colour or Burnt sugars can be used alone or in a blend with other natural colours.
