Green Hues

Green is the hue that is easiest for the eyes to process, and often is associated with nature and relaxation.

Chlorophyll and Chlorophyllin can be used to create water soluble, naturally coloured green hues for food and beverage product applications. Chlorophyll also provides acid proof and oil soluble suspension attributes. Green can also be achieved through the mixing of blue and yellow, typically from turmeric.

Descriptions of some hues found in the green to blue green range of colors include: honeydew melon, kiwi, green apple, wasabi, lime, jalapeno, spinach, mint, aloe, sage and rosemary colors.
