Green Hue
Green is the hue that is easiest for the eyes to process, and is often used to imply flavors including apple, kiwi, lime, mint, and avocado in a range of applications.

In order to achieve green hues, sodium copper chlorophyllin can be used to create water soluble color options. Manufacturers can also reach shades of green by blending blue natural colors, like spirulina, and yellow, typically from turmeric or beta-carotene.
