Purple to Blue Red

Purple Hue
DDW offers naturally derived alternatives to synthetic colours in the purple to blue red range.

A range of purple hues can be achieved through the use of anthocyanins, such as red cabbage or black carrot, at higher pH levels or through blending blue natural colours, like spirulina, with red ones, such as beet.
