DDW Transitions to Givaudan Sense Colour

Takes Next Step in Integration with Givaudan

We are excited to announce that, effective 17 July 2023, we will be transitioning from DDW, The Color House to Givaudan branding under the name Sense Colour. This change occurs as part of our continuing integration with Givaudan.

“We are delighted to be taking the next step in our integration with Givaudan,” said Sense Colour President Elaine Gravatte. “While we know this may be a bittersweet moment for our loyal customers who have known us as DDW, The Color House, we are excited to be moving forward with Givaudan and sharing our expanded portfolio and capabilities under the same name.”

Givaudan acquired DDW, The Color House in 2021 to expand the portfolio of its global Taste & Wellbeing business and become a global player in the natural colors industry in accordance with its 2025 strategy.

“The integration with the Sense Colour BU team has been going very well,” according to Taste & Wellbeing President Louie D’Amico. “This milestone brings us another step closer to working as one team and will help increase the collaboration across functions that is critical for future success.”

As DDW transitions to Givaudan and the new Sense Colour name, this phase of the brand integration will primarily impact contact information, such as email addresses, email signatures, and phone numbers, as well as external marketing, including our website, literature, presentations, and videos. This change does not currently affect legal entity names, product codes, technical documentation, product packaging, etc.
