Maintain and improve production equipment and facilities.  Install new equipment and repair existing equipment.

You?

• Located in Louisville, KY.
• Trouble shoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including mixers, mechanical seals, pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, and homogenizer), motors, valves, actuators, and industrial fans.
• Trouble shoot, repair, and maintain support equipment including boilers, cooling towers, chillers, scrubbers, forklifts, and a wastewater treatment facility.
• Understanding and repair of mechanical devices including augers, conveyors, and pneumatically controlled devices.
• Basic pipefitting. Welding skills a plus.
• Understanding and repair of boiler maintenance, trouble shooting and water treatment.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic industrial maintenance mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Basic HVAC skills.
• Install and relocate equipment as required.
• Understand and trouble shoot PLC logic and HMI integration
• Install, trouble shoot, and repair transmitting devices for temperature, pressure, pH, and mass meters.
• Install minor electrical wiring.
• Complete calibrations for various measuring devices.
• Trouble shoot and repair 120/240V electric circuits.
