Ensure that our customers receive requested samples of our colour products.

 You?

  • Located in Louisville, KY.
  • Accurately fulfill sampling requests from the sampling request system.
  • Maintain shipping policies and procedures for both internal and external customers, including any necessary samples, paperwork, etc. and documenting these in the internal system.
  • Follow up with customers, sales team members, etc, as needed.
  • Manage samples inventory to ensure availability of fresh product from designated plant locations
  • Communicate with sales, technical, production, and supply chain regularly about sampling, inventory, etc as needed
  • Retain documentation for all critical raw materials and finished goods received
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment as necessary
  • Maintain lab supplies inventory
  • Run routine analytical tests and interpret the results based on the designated SOPs
  • Operate pilot plant and lab equipment to support the Applications team, as needed
  • Follow and establish company safe operating procedures
  • Clean and sanitize the pilot plant and sampling area, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
