We create natural colour experiences that touch emotions across segments including beverages, sweet goods, savory and snacks, and food service.

Provides hands on support to Operations for troubleshooting and training instruction on manufacturing techniques/procedures.

 You?

  • Located in Louisville, KY.
  • Visit each department, attend a shift change over meeting
  • Check in with each associate and see if there are any issues/concerns.
  • Check HACCP forms to make sure they are filled out correctly
  • Check Master Sanitation Schedule
  • Check work orders
  • Create work orders for associates
  • Make sure we are using the correct lot number for the raw material being used.
  • Check packaging schedule
  • Look for partials in the warehouse that can be topped off
  • Check the packaging of the product
  • Check the weights on the product.
  • Make sure the drum and pail lines are set accurately.
  • Make sure we are filling the boxes to the correct weight
  • Check the liquid schedule
  • Make sure that liquid has what they need to run
  • Bring raw material up from the warehouse
  • Make sure we have enough sugar in the RM tanks
  • Pull pallets when completed in packaging and powder.
  • Help band SLK’s
  • Fill in for associates, when necessary, in order to get orders filled
  • Complete timecards
  • Attend production meetings
  • Must be able to operate fork lift (May be trained at DDW)
